LearnHQ does not require a login to visit the site or browse the learning opportunities or professional information resources. An individual user profile must be created in order to register for learning opportunities, use the “My Dashboard” feature to track your training, participate in discussions, and develop your learning plan. Individual user profiles may only be created by employees of public libraries in Ontario.
When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our site.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the site and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our site or a third-party service. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
This site is committed to fostering an inclusive and barrier-free environment for its visitors, as per the SOLS accessibility policy. The Intrafinity software platform that LearnHQ uses is WCAG 2.0 compliant.

LearnHQ uses session-based cookies to monitor which pages are visited and the type of searches done on them. We use Google Analytics to review our statistics, and to learn more about the search behaviours of our visitors, and the technology (browsers, mobile devices, etc.) that you use. There is no attempt to associate any visitor IP address with an individual user. If you prefer to disable Google Analytics tracking, Google has a browser add-on that automatically prevents any usage information from being sent to Google Analytics.
